Shipping policy

We (Alyssa Ennis LLC and Alyssa Ennis) are dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible. Due to current processing and shipping times please allow up please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for Fine Art Print distribution in the United States. For original artwork and commission estimated shipping time please email at alyssaennisart@gmail.com. Also, due to current world events, some delivery times may be delayed. Delivery times outside of the United States may take longer to reach the final destination. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation. If you require a change of address of an order, please contact us immediately at alyssaennisart@gmail.com. We are unable to changed addresses once the order has been shipped. We are not responsible for undelivered orders based on incorrect information given by a client. 

Alyssa Ennis and Alyssa Ennis Art LLC are not responsible for:

  • Delays with US Postal Service, Fed Ex, or any other carriers
  • International Duties or Customs Charges
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. Please start a claim with the carrier.

Duties and Taxes

Alyssa Ennis and Alyssa Ennis Art LLC is located in the United States and is not liable for import fees on any original artwork/commissions, prints, merchandise, and any order. These taxes, duties , and fees are not included in the checkout total and are determined by the customs agency/government in the destination country. It is fully the responsibility of the client/customer to pay any taxes, duties, or applicable fees. Refusal to pay for these fees will lead to your order being returned to us. As long as there is not any damage and the product is in the original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase, except for the costs of shipping to the destination country. Please contact you country's customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming to your country. International customers (outside the United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. 

 

Please note: I currently am only shipping in the United States. I am in the process of shipping internationally and will update when international shipping is available.

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they enter all shipping information correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
